Returns and exchanges

Where is my return?

Once your return package is on the way back to our store the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return by contacting us and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our store and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

What if my product is damaged?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please contact us with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

What if my item is faulty?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by contacting us.

Yes! Register for an account and enjoy the following benefits:

Orders and tracking

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

What if my package is missing?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. Please let us know international shipping is in demand by contacting us.

 

 

Payment

What payment options do I have?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once checkout is complete.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club.

 

 

Sizing

What size should I buy?

At the moment, we're only selling low profile, one-size hats. Every hat has an adjustable strap and curved visor. For the cap connoisseur, our hat stock is THE CLASSICS YUPOONG.
